My complaint:

I ordered a new card with green dot. While waiting for new card it was hijacked through the mail and account information was changed. GreenDot closed my account immediatly and told me that a check would be sent to me with remaining balance. All i had to fo was send a picture i.d and a bill verifying my address. I did this once and they never contacted me to notify me that my documents weren’t accepted. So after 4 weeks i called to verify what was going on. At which time i was told about my documents. So i resubmitted so now here it is 19 days later ati) nothing from the card company. And that includes my 1100$ plus that i had in my account.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money plus the equivalent for pain and suffering seeming how i wasnt able to pay my bills.
