My complaint:
My account has been blocked for 2 months I’ve talked called so many times I’ve provided all verification needed and my account remains locked! I spoke to an agent about a week ago and I was told that I was going to receive a call from a manager by the end of last week and TIL this day I still have not received a call
Suggested solution:
I would like for my account to be unblocked immediately so I can access my funds this has been a nightmare we are dealing with health crisis and these people are holding my funds
I too have money held up and can’t contact any customer service to help with my problem
