My complaint:
they’ve been telling me to upload my ID I uploaded my ID I need to get my card unblocked I have money in there my Christmas money for my kids that their dad sent and you guys won’t let me get my card I have a new card and I cannot transfer it
Suggested solution:
Unblock my car so I can get on my account so I can get my money off
