My complaint:

On oct. 05, I purchased a reloadable green dot card, adding $500.00 to the card. My receipt shows the transaction. . At home I tried to activate the card to no prevail. I contacted green dot and was told to email a copy of the receipt, the card, my i.d,. They emailed me the next day telling me they were refunding my $500.00. they said they they would send a check in 10 business days.the check never came. I contacted them several more times and I’ve been told several more lies. It’s been a month and a half and still no refund. I only want what is mine.. I’m on a fixed income and I have since been evicted and I’m now homeless.. I’ve spent a lot of my money chasing my money around with green dot and I’m fed up. If I can’t get my money today I won’t have a choice but to retain a lawyer. I’m also going public to let everyone know what green dot has done to my family.

They should load my refund onto my debit card so we can be done with this.
