My complaint:
We have a water main break in front of our house. I called GCWW on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018 to report this. As of today, Dec. 13, 2018 I am still waiting for someone to come and fix the water main break. In the meantime water is running from in front of our house and down Duckcreek Road making it unsafe and causing the water pressure in our house to be very low. They have come and put down salt but the water freezes at night and it is unsafe. They said they sent someone out who couldn’t fix it and would have to send a contractor. I am still waiting.
Suggested solution:
For them to fix the water main break ASAP. We pay our water bill on time each month and we deserve to have service when it is needed.
