My complaint:

I bought a first class open return from Woodbridge to London Heathrow. The outward journey was fine, but on return from holiday, I got an Elizabeth Line train to London Liverpool Street. There was a Norwich train leaving at 10.30am. I got on and proceeded down the train to First Class. There was none. I sat down with my suitcase. Then realised there was no buffet car on the train, just a lady with a trolley. By the time it reached where I was sitting, there was only 1soft drink left. She was most apologetic that there was little left available to eat.
I had been travelling for 20 hours expected a quiet comfortable seat in first class with a coffee. There was none. Please reimburse my ticket.

Suggested solution:

Be reimbursed for the return half of my ticket.
