My complaint:
This new manager has been following me around the store when I’m shopping and talking to other employees about me , treating me like im a theif or going to steal something . The shopping experience is totally different and I constantly see her being rude and talking very rudely to elderly people and the customers who shop there . She doesn’t belong at this store and has been very rude everything I’ve seen her interact with customers.
Suggested solution:
However they feel necessary . She shouldn\'t be working near the shoppers of this store because I come in and spend money everyday literally and ever since she started working here the store has suffered from her bad attitude and customer service skills . She should work in the back maybe or be fired really
