My complaint:
Went to buy a couple items of clothing I needed for a project. One shirt was PERFECT and kind of a rarity. It didn’t have a tag on it and the man threw it in the bin behind him. They can’t sell things without tags apparently. So now I can’t get my project done and after going back the next day the shirt wasn’t there. You couldn’t just price it right there? You’re charging $10 for my other used shirt anyway. Use that tag.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of this horrible policy or have someone in merchandising/a manager available to assist customers who want the item that day so they don't have to come back.
