My complaint:
Complete junk display on the small shelf on the first floor. The junk remains there for 2 to 3 weeks broken children boxes loose spoons and forks single plates complete garbage you wouldn’t pick up from the street. They have good stuff in the bins that are never displayed. Books are not sold. Bins are taped up to the rim and send somewhere else while we have children toys in broken boxes to purchase.
Suggested solution:
Put better quality stuff on shelves. Use the shelf on the second floor like they used to. You will see your quotas go up. Sell the books. Books are being donated and no one can buy them because one person made it difficult for all those other people who buy books that are not a problem.
