My complaint:
Goodwill is a very deceitful company for a non-profit organization. They are extremely rude. They are committing anti-trust activity. The reason, I have tried for months to keep silent. They realized I know their wrongdoing. It happened several times when I bid on an item that I want to purchase they have people with the same user information or similar user information who will be a higher price. They will charged excessive prices for handling craps and items that need to be thrown away that are far from what shows in their picture.
They are very rude when asked for refunds and very entitle. Recently they blocked my account for refusing to pay for something that I did not win. When I reached out to their Head quarter I received an email that mention someone by the name of Bret and stated that I have violated Goodwill policy without disclosing to me what I have violated. STOP DONATING AND STOP SHOPPING THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS
Suggested solution:
I WILL SEEK LEGAL FOR THESE PEOPLE. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THE US GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATE THESE FRAUD PEOPLE
