My complaint:
Ordered 3 shrimp and catfish combos. Got back to work and opened boxes. Had catfish but no shrimp. Called store and they told me I would have to bring it all back. Took it all back and manager was rude and said she put the shrimp in boxed rudely. Told her there was no shrimp and she got an attitude. So she put the shrimp in boxes with cold food. And said she would take care of it this time. She treated me like I ate the shrimp and then called to complain. When you spend 40.00 for lunch you expect to get what you order not what manager wants to provide
Suggested solution:
Replace whole order and talk to rude manager..
