My complaint:

I ordered bagels, lox and whitefish for my 90 year old parents in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This was due to arrive on Friday before Father’s Day. I had ordered before and my lox and bagels arrived so late to a friend that they were spoiled, so this is the SECOND TIME. I called, waited and waited and waited no one came, then a recording told me no one was there and hung up on me. I wrote and it took someone 3 days to get back to me. FINALLY TODAY THE FOOD CAME, AND JUST AS THEY WERE GOING TO EAT IT, I got to the phone and called them. The whitefish was warm, the lox was sitting in hot water. Thank God I made them throw it out. It’s barbaric, and if something is going to be 3 days late the purchaser should be notified immediately and be able to speak to someone about this. His father’s day was ruined, and he almost ate the food. This is completely unacceptable in so many ways.

Suggested solution:

My husband and I both think due to this fiasco, they should send the items AND BE 100% SURE THEY GET THERE, Plus refund the money. We don't want a credit, how can we trust you ever again? or UPS? We want a credit.
