My complaint:
Buyers beware. This company is dishonest and will steal your money. I purchased sneakers which arrived on 8/3. The sneakers were too small for my son. They asked that the sneakers be returned within 3 business days. On 8/4 I returned the sneakers using ups. On 8/13 because I had not heard from the company regarding my refund I logged into the site to follow up and received a message saying that they were denying my refund because the shoes had been worn. I sent them an email explaining that the shoes had not been worn and that the company was being dishonest. I also asked for pictures of the visible wear that they were referencing. Of course they never sent me pictures. I currently in the process of disputing this charge with my bank but wanted to report them to the bbb so no one else has to have the same experience
