My complaint:
My account was closed back in May due to fraudulent activity I have spoke to several reps about issuing my refund now today when I call they tell me my money isn’t going to be refunded because I owe money on a secure credit card which the account that was closed is a prepaid checking account and the secure card is a prepaid secure credit card I need go2bank to refund me my money
Suggested solution:
Process my refund and send me my refund
