My complaint:
your help line SUCKS A BIG D… !!!!!!!! i’ve been try to activate this card for a f….. week !!!!!!! i can’t get a real f…… person onto the phone !!!!!!!!! i got a new card because of my lack of use…… now i k ow why i hadn’t used it …… because your service SUCKS !!!!!!!!!! i can’t get the new card activated because i can’t talk to real person !!! your help line is a f…… JOKE!!!
