My complaint:
Loan company went into my account 1 cent to see if my account was active it was locked I was aware of this I explained to GO2 they permanently closed my account and won’t refund me my money
Suggested solution:
Send me my money or reopen my account this has caused my deposits to go back it’s a big inconvenience for my bills etc please please fix this matter immediately or I will be forced to take legal action against GO2 BankGreendot
