My complaint:

I am unable to chat with or talk to customer service. They have locked my card and will not it. When I email them, they will respond a few days later with customer service links and phone numbers, but no one ever responds when I try to chat with or call customer service.

Suggested solution:

I need to speak with someone from customer service to help me unlock my card.

They will not respond to you, and if you didn’t get a hold of them by chance, they will absolutely hang up on you. They will not unlock your card either. I called the power of the speed of a one transaction I didn’t recognize and they have locked my account and will not give me access and said if they ever do again, it will be over 90 days. I told him I needed my medicine where I was going to die and they just laughed at me and hung up. Now I have no money and no medicine… Read more »
