My complaint:
My go2bank card deactivated once I put an exclusive amount of money on it for my medical. Than it deactivated and been drawing funds from it and I can’t get to my funds, nor pull it off. Now the card says it not activated and every time I try, it says about sending codes. But the codes never come. Please I am disabled and I need help
Suggested solution:
To allow me to get my funds off this card. I been trying for a month. Y'all need live customer service and better call system.
