My complaint:
I filed a dispute with go2bank for unauthorized charges my phone was stolen and my mail was taken too so my card was ran up for alot of charges..The merchant refunded me the first amount which in the meantime I’m waiting for a debit card the very b
Next day I notice I wasn’t paid fully for all unauthorizedcharges.Call go2bank they advised me they were locking my account and told me to open new so I did right away I seen in my compromised account it was refunded go2bank said they can send me a check via mail wouldn’t 2nd day so I can sign..I have a fraud case going on I stressed I didn’t want a paper check .I was told it’s the only way for me to access those funds…How is go2bank actually able to take money out generate a check and mail it ..when I repeatedly said I don’t want to except a check…didn’t accommodate or even try but.

Send my money via internet I ask could I get it next day no go generate a bar code letting me have access..The only thing I kept hearing was no concerned I've just hgp
