My complaint:
I close my account on March 11,2022 was told I will receive a refund check in 14 days I been calling every other day to make sure my check coming after 14 days I called and was told I have to sent in driver’s license utilities bills social security card to a email address for green dot please help I’m single parent of 4 this is my refund from the irs
Suggested solution:
Sent me a check ASAP and train better customer service they hardly can speak English and they hang up on me over 6 times
