My complaint:

My account had been permanently locked they said do to suspicious activity on July 13 I was asked to send some documents to verify myself I did that they said it take 2 business days for a update about a refund check now it Aug 3 still no updates everytime I call they tell me it’s still in review with the fraud department I talked to corporate several times in they don’t do nothing for you either I ask can I talk to a manager or supervisor and whoever you already talking to say they already the manager and want help you at all Green Dot Corp want help either

I would like to have access to my funds or a refund check for my balance
