My complaint:
My account was locked on February 25th for my tax refund being deposited in to it. I was able to send in copies of my ID on the 28th. I was told by multiple reps my account would be unlocked by March 1st since it would take 2 business days. My account is still locked and now I am being told it will take another 2 business days for my account to be unlocked. Go2Bank is holding my funds for no reason.
