My complaint:
I was at your store in Summit Square Langhorne on Saturday 3-5-2022. I have limited mobility and was looking for Heavy Cream. I had been at your dairy area but did not see anything such as Heavy Cream or 12 12 etc. I then went to the front of the store and asked a cashier if the store carried Heavy Cream. He gave me a blank stare and then asked the next Cashier. His response was check in the dairy cabinet. I said I did not find it he further responded, well if its not there its not there. Fortunately another customer told me exactly where to find Heavy cream, at the very far right of the Dairy cabinet.
I then went back obtained what I needed. But I also reported the incident to the customer service desk and basically got a shrug.
Very very unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
One of your employees should have offered to assist me or properly direct me to where I would find this product..
