My complaint:
I used the self-service to pay for my items and there were two Giant employees right there watching me complete my transaction. As I was leaving the store, another Giant employee ran up, stopped me and asked did I have my receipt?! I kindly pulled out my receipt from my own personal bag and showed her.
Suggested solution:
I felt that The matter should have been resolved at the self service cash register, before I even gotten to the front door. And my own personal opinion I felt that it was a disgrace and degrading on their part, being though it’s the neighborhood grocery store and I shop there quite often!
