My complaint:
On 12 Feb i went to the mall to get groceries and I saw this promotion ham (2pkts @$6), usual @$3.50. I left without checking on the receipt till the following day. Realized cashier did not scan on the promotion but the normal price
Suggested solution:
All levels should be BRIEFED of any promotional items
