My complaint:
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention that I recently purchased several boxes of Belvita cookies from a Giant store in Hummelstown, PA. I was surprised to find a folded up message with nonsensical writing (pertaining to religious themes and mentioning the KKK) in one of the boxes (can send image if there’s a place to upload it to?). Not sure how it got in the fully packed box so I would truly appreciate if you can follow up with your distributionquality team on this matter.

Apologize and look into how they are distributing their products. Their quality assurance and distribution teams need to be closely monitored. I just threw away the box given that i’m assuming they didn’t take appropriate precautions to package the box in a sanitary manner if someone was able to slip such a note inside a fully packed box.
