GFL Environmental complaint: Refund after services ended in July 2022

My complaint:

I switched from GFL Environmental to Choice Waste Services the 1st of July 2022. I pay the whole year in advance so was expecting a refund of $104.00 for 12 the year. I’ve been calling them since July and they are still telling me that as of today it will be another 4-6 weeks to get what they say is my refund of $65 since they charged me 1.99 each month for sending me invoices for February – June which they did not. Today makes my 7th call to them with no explanation as to what the hold up is.

This outfit is crooked and I’m sure they are hoping I’m going to give up so they can keep my money.
Need help with this.

Suggested solution:

Give me my full refund with interest immediately.
