GFL Environmental complaint: Poor service

My complaint:

Trash collection comes late and literally picked through my trash and pulled out anything resembling recycling. No where in my contract does it state that I must recycle and I have verified this multiple times with the company representative. However, their drivers pick through our trash and take out cardboard and leave it scattered on the lawn. It’s not their job to decide if a customer wants to recycle. It’s their job to pick up what we put out, we know our schedule, so just do the job and stop this power struggle. Apparently our representative has addressed this multiple times with operations but it continues to happen.

Suggested solution:

They need to send a driver back to pick up the remaining garbage left behind
