My complaint:
GFL repeatedly doesn’t collect trash as scheduled. More often than not they don’t even come the following day. This is a totally unacceptable practice. Trash collection in Harford County is paid separately from taxes every three months. Recently we had a significant increase in quarterly payments and since that time I have had to verbally contact them by phone to get the trash picked up. “Pay more get less,’ is coming into pay here and is by far totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
When i spoke with them I demanded a credit for not picking up trash on the last scheduled day and representative stated she would do what she could to get trash picked up on the next scheduled day which is Friday 09092022. Question remains, “why must I call to get trash picked up and I pay for such a service.”
