My complaint:
Since this garbage service has taken over the service for my neighbor the driver has been digging up my yard with his truck. I complained to the Gainesville office and a man came out and promised to come back and cover up the ruts and get a smaller truck out here or have them turn around somewhere else. I do not have garbage service with them. Since then the driver is driving a smaller truck but is deliberately pulling onto the edge of my grass with one wheel and sitting there spinning his wheels to dig a hole as deeply as he can.
Suggested solution:
Just convince him to stop digging up my yard or to turn around in the neighbors driveway across the street. The neighbor he is picking up garbage for. I have not complained to her because she is not the one responsible.
