My complaint:
GFL has been inconsistent in picking up the trash and recycle material. Almost every week we receive a phone message saying they are delayed in picking up the trash, andor recycle bin. This week they aren’t picking up recycle at all. Plus, they never explain why this is happening.
Suggested solution:
They should pick up the trash and recycle as we contracted with them to do. If they need more people, or more trucks, so be it. If we're not getting the service we contracted for, we should be receiving refunds, or at least a reduction in our quarterly billing.
