My complaint:
I have a 2014 Z-71 Chevy Silverado with only 65,555 miles on it. With only about 45,000 miles I I noticed several places that the paint was peeling off on both sides of the truck .A little place became a larger place . I took it to the Chevy dealership in NLR AR were I had bought the truck and showed them and they were quick to tell me that it wasnt anything on there end . They stated that they hadn’t t seen any other trucks doing this so basically I was just SOL. I wanted a opinion from A auto body guy and the first thing he told me is his Chevy did the same thing . It was done that way from the paint job from the factory . I paid a lot of money for this truck and it is well taken care of and garage kept . Its so funny how when your buying the truck that the dealership is jumping through hoops to get your business but as soon something goes wrong they act like they don’t even no you .
Suggested solution:
I believe that the company should paint and repair the places that are peeling off . If it was something I done I would except the responsibility but this is clearly a problem with the preparation of the truck to be painted ..
