My complaint:

Noticed soaking wet carpet At edge of drivers side rear door area. I inquired about repairs at local GM dealer .I was told it was a known Problem Due to improper install at Assembly Plant. I was given a ballpark cost to repair a manufactures error of around $300 .We ( my wife and I ) are very upset we are being charged for an employee error .We currently own 2 GM products. we are currently looking to replace our Buick .Just guess what make we are slowly eliminating from our search. Does your Company really think it is good Economics to loose a $45,000.00 Sale for such an easy resolution.

Suggested solution:

Notify Dealer to fix the leak ,only charging us for the new bolts needed to be replaced as explained to us.
