My complaint:

To whom it may concern:

I have a complaint against Joseph Chev. in Colerain Township Cincinnati, Ohio
I made an appointment with the service to have maintenance taken care of on my 2010 Trav. on Monday May 24,2021. I was told to bring it in on Wednesday May 26th and advised it would take approximately two (2) hours. When I arrived there yesterday I was informed they would have to keep it over night. (Why???) I called this morning was told it would be a couple of hours. Here it is almost six(6) hours later and I was told by the service manage it was not ready and it would be a little while longer.
I sure hope this isn’t because I am a female not a man.
This same service department did the same thing to my daughter-in-law. Made her wait five (5) hours for an oil change and putting a sensor in her tire.
This is not acceptable and after I get my car back I will never go to them again.
I am 81 years old and this was the respect I received from their service personal.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be treated fairly like you do the men. I fell I was discriminated against because I was female and elderly.
