My complaint:
I’m visually impaired please excuse typos. A couple weeks ago I received an email from Gemini saying something about an address and if I didn’t start it to let them know. I started calling. I got a guy sll he answered the phone hello. When he asked my password I’m was very suspicious and I told him do. I never got Gemini. I called a number it said all communication is via support email. I wrote immediately and said I’m disabled and visually impaired snd how hard it is to see small. I wrote at 20 times. They froze my account then deactivated it! My account! I told them via email I could proove who I am. I have all proof. They only sent me a computer reply with how wonderful and busy they are. They have my $700! My money. They could care less. I still had no response. I’m visually I asked them to call. Absolutely they don’t care. If I’m disabled and need assistance because of a disability or if I want my money. They do not care! I want to complain!
Suggested solution:
Call me. Realize I’m saying I need accessibility and I’ve been hacked. Someone changed my address! But Gemini has done zero. 10 emails at least in 2 weeks. Same no response. I want my money back at the point of the day they froze it. Even if it lost money now. They stole my access and I’m the owner. My money could be dwindled and they caused it by not attempting to help me when I did everything they said on their phone recording! I want my money $700 plus that I had at the moment they took my access away.
