My complaint:

out of the blue my gameloft account for which I spent many hours of gaming and money with in-app purchases was reset and I asked for help, but nothing. gameloft has halter rules whereby they reserve the unilateral right to terminate accounts. However, since I’m a regular player and I think there’s a big misunderstanding, I asked and requested a clarification, also because in doing so gameloft stole over 150 Euros of in-app purchases from me. I asked for clarification as I don’t like being treated as a cheater and asked for my account to be reactivated

my account to be reactivated with previous progress.
