My complaint:

On Mar 17 forgot password and tried to reset. Everytime I go thru process I get an error. Contacted support by email. Infrequent responses, with suggestions that did not work. I am not getting any support and my last response was to close my account. I have not had any response for 12 days.

Suggested solution:

I want my account refunded and closed.
