My complaint:
I have found many very hard lumps of what I’m guessing are potatoes. These round lumps are very hard. I was watching tv and eating chips at the same time and I bit down on one of those hard lumps and it broke the crown off my tooth. I contacted the company twice.
Once through Facebook and once on the phone. Both times I was told someone higher up in the company would contact me, but I never received a call or Facebook message. I can’t afford a new crown and know the area where the crown was is getting painful. I have only found these hard nuggets in Baked Lays and no other Lays potato chips.
Suggested solution:
Help me pay for a new crown. Change something in the process of making the Baked Lays so this doesn\'t happen to someone else. Thank you.
