My complaint:
I have a Freewallet account since 2017 with more than 0.51 bitcoins. I never tried to use that money, was there like a long term investment in crypto’s.
A couple of months ago I tried to withdraw my bitcoins and send them to another online wallet to trade, at that moment Freewallet begun to ask for tons of documents and even screencast recordings.
Since then, I cannot access my money, I cannot transfer it, trade or withdraw…
I’m not even sure that are a real company or scam.
Suggested solution:
They should give access to my account back. I just need to be able to access my money and transfer it to another provider.
