My complaint:
Compare the lid of a fray bentos pie tin to a can of beans and it seems obvious that the rim is too high. You end up having to prize the lid off. I feel these are sold knowing customers will end up throwing them away. I’ll certainly never buy one again, absolutely disgusted. Looking through the internet they’ve been aware of the problem but have chosen to continuing taking money from customers knowing the product is unsuitable.
Suggested solution:
They can't, I'll never use them again. I just want as few people as possible to fall prey to their tactics of selling an unfit product
