My complaint:
I tried for 20 minutes to try and open the lid of the can of a Frey Bentos steak and kidney pie with a can opener to no avail. The result was a broken opener and a frustrated customer. I had no choice but to throw the pie away and have something else for my dinner. I will never buy one of these pies again, waste of time and money.
Suggested solution:
Refund for the pie and broken can opener
