My complaint:
Today Friday 7th April at 8pm me and my partner went for a meal and was asked at the entry do you have any allergies my girlfriend is celiac and made them aware and continued to order from the gluten free menu in front of our server.
After the starter, my missus received her pizza and ate a whole slice before realising that it didn’t seem like gluten free. I asked the manager on shift if this was gluten free and he instantly said no and took the plate away, frantically ordering another gluten free pizza. He asked if we made the server aware, which we answered yes.
The manager proceeded to apologise and gave us the meal for free. Now, I’m looking to take thos further as my missus is vulnerable to gluten which can cause her to gey cancer, infidelity and many other major issues if she eats gluten. She’s now going be in extream pain and she’s been left emotional. I’d love to take legal action towards this incident but I thought I’d follow your complains process before I decide to.
Suggested solution:
Find a suitable resolution before I look at legal routes.
