My complaint:
I joined this site, spent a substantial amount of money and then won double what I deposited. When I tried to withdraw the funds, I was told I needed to upload several forms of ID. When I sent this I then received an email saying they had decided to permanently close my account which means the money I won, I cannot withdraw. Quick enough to take the money but not to pay out.
Suggested solution:
Pay the amount that I won.
