My complaint:

I joined foxy bingo 3 days ago I verified my email and had a email back to say my account was ready for me to play. Deposited £10 I won some Money I withdraw £120 with that my account was blocked and I was asked to send Id and proof of address I have sent numerous documents as it keeps saying documents are not accepted. Foxy bingo where quick enough to take my money but when I want to withdraw that is not possible. Every person I speak to on the phone or online are very unhelpful. I have now sent every document possible

Suggested solution:

I would like foxy to pay me what is owed to me and to also verify my account on the documents that have been sent. I won that money this seems very unfair to me.
