My complaint:

Let’s start like this. I stayed at hotel and took shuttle to airport the next day. Upon coming back it took a hour just to get in contact with someone at the hotel to pick me back up from the airport. I also was staying at the hotel upon my return. My credit card was already charged for that day. When the driver finally did arrive it was stated to me that no one was there to check me in. He was the only one working and he didn’t know how to check me in. So I had to drive home that night. This is not acceptable and I will be contacting the higher up of 4 points hotel.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back and I feel I should receive a free night and points for my inconvenient. For waiting over and hour to be picked up. And having to drive back home that night after a long flight
