My complaint:
By not creating a equal environment and claiming that the cosmetic items do not make a difference. The game is clearly made to be played on different platforms to help with match making but there are clear advantages. Games is hiding a great deal of small flaws that can lead children to feel like they are playing poorly when in reality there are lagging issues in the gameplay.
Suggested solution:
Fix the game or make it clear that gameplay is different and doesn’t accurately reflect skill
