Ford Credit complaint: unable to make a payment

My complaint:

I have spent the past 3 hours trying to make a truck payment for a family member. I have all of the information necessary to make this payment however I have been unable to send your company the money. I was disconnected many times. Then when I finally talked to someone I was told this could only be done online. When going online I was unable to add the bank account number to make this payment. To pay by phone, payment would not go through. Now I am speaking to a representative who has put me on hold, so far he has come back 3 times to say the supervisor is still busy. I cannot believe a company is run so poorly that a payment can not be made. I am now talking to Janet, a supervisor, and am waiting to be able to make a payment. This has been such an ordeal for you to receive money. I am once again being denied to make the payment. I am assuming ford is now making it more difficult to receive payments so that they can reposes more vehicles?

Suggested solution:

They should fix the payment portion of the account where additional account numbers may be added. If this was possible the payment would have been completed and I would not be wasting my time trying to give your company money.
