My complaint:
tried calling ford credit to help with a statement on my account, being put through to different people, no-one could help. Then a week ago, sent an email to try get a statement of my account as i am positive that i have paid my vehicle finance up, the email advised that i would have to wait 2 days for a statement, it’s now 7 days as still no contact, neither have i received a phonecall or email attending to my request.
the service is shocking!

when i get a statement emailed to me so i can check my balance owing or not owing on my account
