My complaint:
I work at food lion LLC 1217 location in Lumberton NC. The manager is calling his employees irresponsible and immature about what’s happening in their personal lives butting in to personal affairs. He won’t pay veteran employees that’s been there longer and promote them because of things happening in their life outside of food lion. It’s not fair and he’s showing favoritism to employees that used to work with him at big lots where he used to work at before food lion. He pays them more than what current veteran employees are making and trying to get rid of them so he can hire his favorite former big lots employees.
Suggested solution:
Needs to be released from food lion period
