My complaint:
Yesterday I purchased a carton of cigarettes at store number 1373. When I got home, there were only 9 packs in the carton, instead of 10. When i called the store, they said I would have to drive back to get the pack. But the store is 20 miles away and it would cost more in gas than the missing packs of cigarettes. The carton cost 60.92 plus tax.
Suggested solution:
Send me a pack of cigettes or a check for the amount i was cheated.
